Fitting your Drive Core
The outside is yours. The inside is fixed: the same chassis, motors, battery and brain go into every GizmoLoop machine, so every machine actually drives.
How it drives
Drive Core v0 has two motors and no steering servo, so your machine is a skid-steer: it turns by spinning the two rear wheels at different speeds, like a tank. The two front wheels roll free on stub axles.

Do not print these
2 × gear motor (20 × 15 × 12 mm, 3 mm D-shaft) · 1 × battery (60 × 50 × 18 mm) · 1 × receiver board (45 × 32 × 12 mm). These are reusable hardware and go in every machine.

Open print-project.3mf in Bambu Studio, Orca or PrusaSlicer, then send it to your printer from there.

Every wheel uses the same hub: a 3 mm D-shaft with 8 mm of engagement. Diameter, rim pattern, tread and colour are yours to change. The hub is not.

GizmoLoop owns: topology, Drive Core, shell thickness, hardpoints, wheel hubs, motor / battery / controller clearances, the mount system, printer fit and every millimetre of manufacturing geometry.
No AI-generated triangle reaches an STL. The parametric family is rebuilt from measurements, on the same manifold kernel the feasibility lab used.
